Rediscover your Complete and Radiant Self with this Energetic and Awareness based Hatha practice that that will open and expand both Heart and Body with gentle yet challenging sequences and postures, exploring breath in stillness and energetic movement. We start each class with a few moments of guided meditation to become aware of what is here right now, and to align and balance the energy centers of the body. We end in gratitude, expansion and lightness.
