Equal parts folk-crooner and smarty-pants poet, Melissa Greener tells the truth; hers and yours. Though currently based in Nashville, the award winning, word-spinning guitarista spends most of her time in an old van, performing internationally in theaters, festivals, folk clubs and house concerts. Inspired by modernist poets and 60's Laurel Canyon, Greener's songs captivate with refreshing, quirkily-crafted lyrics, dynamic melodies and loads of groove. All of this is supported by vocal chops that simultaneously devastate and command. "Greener paints superb portraits of the human condition"(Maverick, UK).

This is an after-hours event at The Corner Store and will start at 8 PM. The cost is $20 all of which goes to the artist and pre registration is strongly suggested as seating is limited.
