We will spend the first two-three hours learning about Reiki and how to heal ourselves and others with Reiki energy, then everyone will receive their Attunement to Reiki Level I during a lovely Ceremony.

After a short break, we will allow our body, mind and spirit to gently harmonize and integrate the Attunement with an ultra-relaxing hour of Restorative Yoga postures, where we can also practice Self-Healing with Reiki.

We will finish our Workshop with a 30-40 minute Reiki Share, where everyone will experience both giving and receiving a Reiki Healing.
