Major candidates in the Los Angeles Council District 15 participated in a two-hour-long forum at Harbor College on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. The Forum was moderated by Random Lengths News publisher James Preston Allen and included Jayme Wilson, Gordon Teuber, Joe Buscaino, Justin Brimmer, Rebecca Chambliss, Pat McOsker and Warren Furutani. Election day is Nov. 8, 2012.
