- I am the Healthy Lifestyle Director at the San Pedro & Peninsula YMCA. I enjoy running outdoors and hiking. My main responsibility and passion is connecting the community to wellness on all aspects of Mind, Body, and Spirit. I am always looking for speakers from the community to help educate people on wellness and utilizing our YMCA as a platform. I love to volunteer in the community and I lead a community volunteer group at the Y that goes into the community to make a difference.
