The annual HOA matters were taken care of between approximately 6:30pm and 7:00 pm.
Afterwards a Deputy Engineer for the city gave a brief summary of the status of the slide on Paseo Del Mar. They are still monitoring the slide and adjoining area. The rep was asked by a homeowner just what "options" there might be for repairing the damaged area, but no answer is available yet. Man jumps to his death from Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro
A man drove up to the apex of the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro Sunday night, scaled the security fence, and jumped to his death, a Port of Los Angeles official said. It is the same spot from which "Top Gun" director Tony Scott jumped to his death last August. See More
