Taylor Petty Is Honored For Stellar Career At Long Beach State
In eight years, Taylor Petty has blossomed into an amazing person and wonderful softball pitcher. First, she leads San Pedro High softball to three CIF-Los Angeles City Section championships, and on Saturday, May 12, 2012, Petty was honored on senior day at Long Beach State for her four years of service. Petty was the Big West Conference Pitcher Of The Year as a freshman in 2009, and has been All-Big West three times in helping the 49ers reach the NCAA Tournament on two occasions.
