Craig Huey to take on Janice Hahn in runoff
Rolling Hills Estates businessman, Republican Craig Huey will take on Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn, a Democrat, in the July 12 runoff for Congressional District 36.
Huey leads Deborah Bowen by 750 votes after 10,327 vote-by-mail and provisional ballots were tallied, said Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk Dean C. Logan.
Logan said only "a few hundred" votes remain to be counted with a final tally due Friday.
