SP Baseball 2012 Wins Their 19th Consecutive Game

The San Pedro High baseball team defeated visiting Kennedy of Granada Hills, 1-0 in the CIF-Los Angeles City Section quarterfinals to earn their 19th consecutive victory as Jesse Bettencourt pitched a two-hit shutout. Here's the final two pitches of the game as Bettencourt notched his eighth strikeout of the contest. Michael Samperio drove in Nico Padovan with a single in the bottom of the fifth inning for the game's only run.
