The Harvest Moon is upon us! Time to gather what we have planted, in the way of intentions! Time to reap what we have sown through our manifestations! Through this gathering and reaping we clear ourselves and our mental garden of thoughts, ideas, situations that creep into the soil of our souls like weeds.

Join Stefanosis for an evening of activation the Sacral Chakra (our second chakra, orange in color, connected with emotions, creativity, happiness, pleasure, whether in balance, over or under activated).

Stefanosis will guide us through the use of Sanskrit, lunar mantras and water based meditation. 
The evening will include a body aligning soundbath using metallic singing bowls and gongs.
