The Retreat actually begins Thursday eve, February 28, 2013 at 5pm, with the Meet and Greet music of Carolyn and Gerry White; then from 6-7 pm you can hop aboard the Spirit Cruise Ship for a picnic dinner a view of the biggest harbor in America. Then back to shore for Dr Shelley’s Laughing Yoga experience.
