Public sailing events are offered as a community service to raise awareness about our educational programs, the environment, and the art of sailing. Public sails encourage families to get outdoors and sail on the Official Tall Ships of Los Angeles, the twin brigantines Irving Johnson and Exy Johnson, docked year-round in San Pedro.
