Early Bird Yoga Wednesdays 7:30am

Join us Wednesday mornings at 7:30 for an hour of Early Bird Yoga with Dorene Coles. This class will get you moving, put you in a great mood, and get you on your way without dripping in sweat or nursing sore muscles. 

GGIW Yoga is located just six miles from San Pedro City Hall. 24610 Narbonne Ave, Lomita. We're in the 2 story brick building on the south east corner of Narbonne Ave and Lomita Blvd. Park in our ample parking lot to the south of the building, enter through our garden on the backside of the building!
