San Pedro High football tight end Budda Foster catches a short 12-yard touchdown pass from Kenny Potter with 38 seconds left in the first half, staying inbounds somehow and putting the Pirates ahead to stay in their eventual 48-19 win over host North Torrance from Friday, September 23, 2011.
