Port Of Los Angeles High Softball Wins First CIF-Los Angeles City Section Championship!

Once Lizelle Florez caught a line drive pop up for the final out, Port Of Los Angeles High softball brought the small school from San Pedro its first sports CIF-Los Angeles City Section title, as they defeated Northridge Academy, 2-0 in the Small Schools Division finals at Birmingham High in Lake Balboa on Wednesday, May 25, 2011.
