The San Pedro High boys volleyball team shakes hands with visiting South Gate after defeating the Rams, 25-14, 25-11, 25-12 in the first round of the CIF-Los Angeles City Section playoffs. Austin Freitas had 25 assists and seven aces, Kenny Potter had eight kills, and Sean Zuvich had five kills and four aces for the Pirates.
