SP Football Holds Off Inglewood With Dramatic Stop On The Final Play!

With only 13 seconds left and no more timeouts, San Pedro High football was in desperate need of a miracle stop, and thanks to a low snap that was bobbled by Inglewood quarterback Derrick Woods, they somehow escaped with a 13-9 intersectional win on Friday, September 30, 2011. The Pirates gained revenge from a 13-10 loss in the last meeting with Inglewood.
