San Pedro High Girls Basketball Is 2023 CIF-LACS Division 2 Champions!

For the first time since 1986, just like the Marine League championship they clinched early the same month, the San Pedro High girls basketball team can now celebrate another championship, as they are the 2023 CIF-Los Angeles City Section Division 2 champions! The Lady Pirates held off Chatsworth, 52-51 in overtime at Venice High on February 24, 2023 to capture the program's fourth CIF-LACS championship in dramatic fashion.
