Garden Event at Pt. Fermin Lighthouse (807 W. Paseo del Mar, San Pedro) 1:00 - 4:00 pm.  Visit our historic lighthouse and enjoy a family-friendly afternoon of activities including garden and lighthouse tours, tips on growing succulents by Nova Freels of Fleur de Lys, Thai fruit carving demonstration by Boonmee Nishimoto of Designs by Boonmee, and lots of crafts and games for the kids.  Admission is free; donations accepted.  310-241-0684 www.pfls.org
