The haunting of Jackie Hernandez San Pedro 1989

Even though I am not an official resident of San Pedro. I've been working in this city for 4 years. Are any of you familiar with the San Pedro haunting of Jackie Hernandez? 1989-1993. It has appeared on numerous t.v. Shows like syfy channel. Biography and it's own documentary called AN UNKNOWN ENCOUNTER. Plus the book of the same name both by Barry Conrad. In the mid 90's 20th century fox and the hallmark channel were close to making it into a movie. Neither one proceeded with the picture. I am here to announce, I'm one month shy away from finishing the screenplay. I've been working on it since August of 2012. I contacted and met Jackie Hernandez her self. We've been meeting and discussing her case for over a year. My question is the city of San Pedro ready for the Jackie Hernandez haunting into a possible film? Any comments or questions. Near the bottom, it mentions a witness who "claimed" to have seen a man in overalls on the street.

The bungalow is located in the back. I just came from San Pedro and dropped of Jackie the almost finished script. So far she has approved the latest drafts of the script. Which is a good sign. People have seen an apparition on 11th street?

I am glad somebody has mentioned this.  I went looking for the house on 11th St. several months ago but I could not locate it.  Allegedly, the poltergeist has been seen outside on the street.
