Double the Fun at this year's Port of Los Angeles Happy Harbor Halloween Festivals: Family Events Planned for Both Wilmington and San Pedro on Saturday Oct. 29th from noon to 3pm. Bats, ghouls and others are invited to enjoy free carnival-style games, crafts, music, face painting, storytelling and more at two locations:
1. In San Pedro, the festival will be on the Promenade adjacent to Harbor Boulevard, between 3rd Street and 5th Street.
2. Our new festival site is the Wilmington Waterfront Park located at 604 West “C” Street in Wilmington. The event will take place at the West Plaza Pavilion, near C Street and Wilmington Boulevard.
Sponsored by the Port of Los Angeles, both festivals will feature Radio Disney and the Franklin Haynes Marionettes. Radio Disney disc jockeys will be on hand to rock it out Monster Mash style with games, a creature sound contest and more. Everyone is invited to dress in costume for the festivities. Collect candy with your little ones as you trick-or-treat from booth to booth or try your luck at one of the carnival-style games.
