Join Dena on Sunday afternoons for a fun exploration! We will read & discuss foundational yoga philosophy topics such as the text “Yoga Sutras” and the 8 Limbs of Yoga as guidelines for a deeper yoga experience on and off the mat. Yoga’s teachings have the power to support not just the physical and mental body, but also transform our day to day perception for overall better living.
Activities will include reading, journaling, group discussion, and mindful movement with a final restorative yoga relaxation. Stimulate your mind and recharge for a brand new week!
6 week series $150 advanced registration, $170 at the door. Individual class $30 each
