Hello San Pedro and surrounding cities! 
Thank you to those that joined us on Saturday 1/23 for our awesome workshop at the YMCA.

This Wednesday 1/27/2016 from 7-8pm we will be discussing : 
MUSCLE PAIN- WHAT IS IT & WHAT TO DO

Please join us in our office at 1534 W. 25th St. San Pedro, CA 90732 as we discuss how we can make our muscles feel better and talk about what we can do at home to manage the pain.

Best part about this event and future events is that they are COMPLETELY FREE!!!!

In Memoriam: Joan Marie Wainwright, Dec.11, 1929, to July 3, 2023

Joan Marie Wainwright died peacefully on July 3, 2023, just after sunrise surrounded by her family. In the weeks prior to her death, she acknowledged that her only remaining ailment was old age, having battled chronic pain for most of her adult life.
