Hello San Pedro and surrounding cities! 
Thank you to those that joined us on Wednesday 1/20 for our lecture. As promised, we will be holding an interactive workshop on Saturday 1/23/2016 at 10am at the San Pedro and Peninsula YMCA to discuss:

CARE OF KNEE PAIN WHAT, WHY, AND HOW I CAN MAKE A CHANGE?

This workshop will be more interactive than our lectures and we will be working with one another to discuss knee pain relief and care. So feel free to bring friend or loved one to pair up with!
