Harbor Highlands in Tsunami Zone

I love the use of words and how we label things.  The new Harbor Highlands development on North Gaffey is in a Tsunami Zone.  The next time you drive down Gaffey from the Target store look at the signage on the left side of the street.  Just before you get to the new development you will see an entering a Tsunami Zone sign.  As you progress further you will leave the zone.  The fact that the "Highlands" are in fact probably the closest to sea level is a hoot.See More

Mary Star Should Re-Look at Football Program

They say that the definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.  The Mary Star Football team keeps playing against bigger schools, still won't pay its coaches, and have kept the same basic coaching staff (changing head coaches but keeping it all in the family) for years while continually having losing seasons.  And when hey did have a winning season they limped into the playoffs to get their clocks cleaned.  Maybe it is time to actively pursue…See More
