  • I’m too busy to meditate. Anyone can find five minutes, a perfect start.
  • My mind is too busy. Most minds are busy; the goal is not ‘clearing’ or emptying’ our minds.
  • I will lose my edge. Meditation can help you realize what you cannot control; manage time better.
