Redevelopment of Port O' Call is going through a Request For Proposal process!

Almost everyday someone approaches me and says "Joe please do something about Port O' Call." I want everyone to know that the redevelopment of the LA Waterfront is my highest priority and that the Request For Proposals is going out soon. We have already started showing and promoting the property to major developers. We will make the LA Waterfront a major attraction in Southern California.
