Beloved San Pedro Landmark - Gaffey Street Bridge - Closes Monday for 60 days

Starting Monday the Gaffey Street Bridge will be closed for renovation for 60 days, according to Councilwoman Janice Hahn and the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce.

 

Use alternate crosswalks on Santa Cruz Street or 1st Street.



On Saturday, April 30, 2011 and Saturday, May 7, 2011, there will be a full closure of the 110 South Gaffey Street exit from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to work on the bridge. Use alternate routes, such as the Harbor Blvd. or Channel Street freeway…
