The arrival of the Railroad Revival tour to San Pedro was an epic event for San Pedro. Three bands, Mumford & Sons, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, and Old Crow Medicine Show arrived to town in a style unlike any in recent memory. Traveling exclusively in vintage rail cars, the three bands arrived from Oakland to San Pedro, the second stop of a journey across the American Southwest this week. The aptly titled Railroad Revival Tour will feature the three bands playing concerts at six unique outdoor locations which began April 21st in Oakland, California arriving in San Pedro on April 22nd and will continue, April 23rd in Tempe, Arizona, April 24th in Marfa, Texas, April 26th in Austin, Texas and April 27th in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Nice piece; good work. Events like this are exactly what San Pedro needs to get noticed by the rest of the world.
Very successful, (so it seems to me), and the arrival by train was a great flourish, plus probably saved on many carbon emissions.
