Ports O' Call is being re-developed. What about current tenants? Most will be allowed to stay until the end of 2014.
Is it OK for a non-profit to also remain, for now, under an agreement set years ago, and previously honored?
I attended yesterday's Harbor Commission meeting, and while the SPAA was not the only tenant speaking up, here's a tidbit about what's going on with their discussion with port officials, from the Daily Breeze.
