The visibility was so fantastic on Monday, January 6 that I saw a "new" island. New for me at least! It was clearly visible from 38 miles off the coast of Palos Verdes.

Yoga does not come to mind when one thinks of San Pedro. At least for me it never did. The harbor area is just not your typical LA yoga scene. We have fruit stands but not wheat grass juicers.
