Harbor Highlands in Tsunami Zone

I love the use of words and how we label things.  The new Harbor Highlands development on North Gaffey is in a Tsunami Zone.  The next time you drive down Gaffey from the Target store look at the signage on the left side of the street.  Just before you get to the new development you will see an entering a Tsunami Zone sign.  As you progress further you will leave the zone.  The fact that the "Highlands" are in fact probably the closest to sea level is a hoot.
